Who we are
This website, georgiepoulariani.com, is operated by Giorgie Poulariani S.L., a family atelier based in Spain creating one of a kind stainless steel and bronze sculptures. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at georgie@georgiepoulariani.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message — through our contact and collection forms, by email, on WhatsApp, or through our social media channels. We never buy data, and we never sell yours.
Why we use it
- To send you the collection you requested.
- To respond to your inquiry or commission request.
- To send occasional letters from the atelier — new works, exhibitions, available pieces.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or simply write to us.
Who processes it
Your details are stored and handled by the service providers that run our forms and email: our CRM (HighLevel), our messaging platform (ManyChat), and our email delivery service (SendGrid / Twilio). They act on our instructions as data processors. The website also uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand visits — these use cookies and may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
For as long as our conversation or your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our systems without undue delay.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your data, and object to or restrict its use, by writing to georgie@georgiepoulariani.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD).
